1、 Basic conditions for hiring
(1) Honorary Professor
Honorary Professor is the highest level of academic title of honor for our university to the outside world. The hired personnel should generally be experts and scholars with deep academic achievements and high reputation, who have achieved significant accomplishments recognized by the international academic community in a certain discipline.
(2) Visiting Professor
Visiting professor is an honorary academic title for our university to the outside world. The hired person should generally make outstanding contributions in the field they are engaged in, have a high level of influence, and play an important role in promoting discipline construction and facilitating cooperation and exchange. The honorary term of visiting professor is three years.
(3) Mentor personnel
Part time personnel who play a practical role in discipline construction, talent cultivation, scientific research, talent introduction, international exchange, and other aspects. The hired person should generally have a high academic level or rich practical experience. According to the academic level and work tasks of the hired person, they can be appointed as an agreement professor (associate professor), and those who do not undertake course tasks can be appointed as agreement researchers (associate researchers), with a term of three years.

3、Recruitment Plan
(1) Declaration process
Approved by the International Exchange College.
(2) Application materials
- Fill out the “Application Form for Appointment of Honorary Professor at the University of Santa Fe”, signed by the Dean of the School of International Exchange and stamped with the school seal;
- Copy or scanned copy of the employer’s passport;
- English resume (including educational background and work experience, as well as academic papers, works, patents, awards, etc. that reflect their academic level);
- Acceptance time: Approximately 15 working days.
- Employment benefits: No remuneration will be paid. If the hired personnel participate in specific teaching or research work, the employer will pay separately based on the actual workload.
The International Exchange Office is responsible for interpretation.
